Las Vegas casinos and resorts began to reopen on June 4 after a shutdown of nearly three months due to COVID-19. But, per the Nevada governor’s orders, nightclubs and dayclubs are not yet allowed to operate.
However, most traditional dayclubs have switched gears and are now offering a “socially-distanced, adults-only pool experience.” That means you can still enjoy the dayclub venues with food, drinks, and music, but with a relaxed atmosphere and significantly smaller crowds.
Table reservations are required to enter each venue, and there are no general admission tickets or guest lists. Most venues are featuring music by local resident DJs, but you won’t see big-name DJs until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
There’s no cost to reserve a table, but you do have to agree to spend a certain amount in food and drinks while you’re at the table (often called a “minimum spend requirement”). The minimum spend amount varies depending on the venue and day of the week.
PRO TIP: It’s best to make reservations as early as possible as pricing and availability can fluctuate. Venues are selling out of tables almost every day.
Some pool venues are now open at night too (think “pool-side lounge” vibe), though swimming at night is not always permitted.

Daytime Pool Venues

Open Friday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to sunset, and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to sunset.
Wet Republic at MGM Grand
Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to close.
Nighttime Pool and Lounge Venues

The Pool Marquee at Night at Cosmopolitan

Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Night swimming is allowed and swimwear is recommended.
